The Human Resources Department is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Full time and part time employees are eligible to participate in the Hospital’s insurance benefits after the completion of the 90-day trial work period. The employee will pay a proportionate amount for their health/dental coverage and for their dependent(s). Full time and part time employees who participate in the health/dental benefit program receive an automatic basic life and accidental death insurance policy for an amount of 1 ½ times their base annual salary at no cost to the employee.
In addition to the health/dental benefit, the employee may purchase supplemental life and accidental death for his/her family, short-term disability and long-term disability after the completion of the employee’s 90-day trial period.
HMH offers a tax-deferred retirement savings program to full time and part time employees to help them prepare financially for retirement. Employees who are at least 21 years of age, complete one year of service and are scheduled to work 20 hours or more per week are eligible. HMH will contribute to the employee’s account as an Employer Non-elective Contribution in an amount equal to two percent of their base compensation. In addition, HMH will contribute as an Employer Matching Contribution an amount equal to 50 percent of Employee Contributions up to six percent of their base compensation.
