Over the last several months, the Emergency Department at HMH has complemented its staff with numerous new physicians. These new physicians work with an outstanding nursing staff to provide some of the finest emergency care in East Texas. The ER staff at HMH has been cited on surveys many times for its superior quality care and courteous manner.

We are dedicated to maintaining this quality care. The Emergency Department has also been recently re-certified by the state as a level IV trauma center, bringing quality trauma support to Henderson and the surrounding community. We work closely with the local ambulances, life flight helicopters and the regional trauma centers in Tyler and Longview to provide appropriate trauma care whenever it is needed.
